Jo-Ann Gue has been practicing Transcendental Meditation (TM) for over 20 years and has taught for the past decade, guiding more than 700 executives from over 20 countries. She holds a degree in Marketing and Psychology from De La Salle University and brings extensive experience working with international consumer brands before focusing fully on health and wellness.
She helped expand TM by training new teachers and working closely with the organization’s international office. After returning to the Philippines, she established the first Manila TM Center in Binondo and later opened centers in Makati and San Juan. She is also the founder of Well-Calm.
Jo-Ann teaches TM as a simple, effective practice for deep mental rest and well-being, and also practices Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems. Her work supports mental clarity, balance, and productivity, particularly in workplace settings.
Marife learned Transcendental Meditation in the 1990s through her family, and it has been a steady part of her life ever since. With TM deeply rooted in her family’s story, the practice has shaped her approach to calm, clarity, and connection.
